'A CANDLELIT CHRISTMAS CONCERT'
Friday 16th December 2011, 7.30pm, at Holy Trinity, Sloane Square.
Supporting The Rifles 'Care for Casualties' Appeal for injured soldiers and their families.
ChelseaConcerts' biggest concert of the year - what has become a prime musical and social event, in this historic church described as 'the cathederal of Arts and Crafts'. The line up this year is incredibly exciting, to include stunning harpist Ophelia Hohler, and a string Quartet lead by VICTORIA LYON (From Electric String Quartet: Escala)
The programme will be intimate and candlit - in contrast to the grandeur of the 'Royal concert' earlier this year. There will be some audience Christmas favourites at the end, followed by a champagne and mince pie reception and guestlist at BUNGALOW 8, so that guests can party on into the night in true Christmas spirit!
TICKETS: £20 (to include Champagne reception)
Available to buy online on our 'TICKET' page OR via post by sending a cheque (and SAE) made payable to: Alexandra Kennedy, Markova House, 39 Jay Mews, London, SW7 2ES

'A ROYAL CONCERT'
Wednesday 27th April 2011, 7.30pm, at St Augustine's church, Queensgate, SW7 5LP
Supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Trust - with Guest speaker Jenny Agutter.
In keeping with the popular and Patriotic 'All - English St George's Day concert' last year, ChelseaConcerts have decided to celebrate the forthcoming Royal Wedding with an evening of Royal music from Royal and State Occasions. Alexandra and Oliver will be joined by the choir of the year semi-finalists: 'The Pegasus Choir' to perform some magnificant pieces of music in full force such as Handel's 'Zadock the Priest' and Parry's 'I was Glad', as well as some more intimate pieces performed at Royal weddings, birthdays and Jubiliees throughout the ages. They will also be joined by Timothy End on Organ and piano and a small orchestra consisting of some of London's finest young players - conducted by Hugh Brunt.
This concert promises to be a Patriotic tour de force. It will be supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and we are delighted that the Patron of this charity Jenny Agutter will be joining us as our guest of honour and guest speaker.
Tickets: £20 ( to include champagne after the performance)
